About Medical Gas Manifolds
An important part of any medical gas pipeline is the manifold that supplies gas from the gas cylinders or tanks to the pipeline. These manifolds are specially designed to ensure the system is providing the correct pressure and volume of medical gas at all times. Each medical gas being supplied at the facility will need to have its own manifold. For more information on your selected manifold, click the “Specifications” tab at the bottom of the page and you will be directed to the manufacturer’s product spec sheet. Visit the following pages if you’re in need of a medical gas manifold. Medical gas manifolds are color coded and labeled by gas type to meet the NFPA 99 requirements for specific medical gases. Most manufacturers do not provide images of their manifolds with each color coding, so you may only see green (oxygen) outlets in product images, but that’s okay, just make sure your filtering options are set to the correct gas type and your order will process correctly.
