Returns – Customers will have 15 calendar days from the time the item was received to return the product. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. For medical devices meant to be used with medical gases all inlets and outlets must be still be in their factory sealing and contain no exposed inlet or outlet connections to be eligible for return. Returns on international orders are not permitted, so please be sure to check that the items you are ordering are correct. These return policies are in place to ensure patient life safety. Many devices, such as regulators and flowmeters, cannot be resold and used for patient inhalation without thorough examination and recertification.
Return Shipping – Customers will be responsible for the full return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds – Once your return has been received, it will be inspected. We will then notify you that we have received the return and advise the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card or method of payment made with the original order and provide a receipt/email confirmation. The amount of time it will take for you to receive the credit on your account will depend on your credit card issuer’s policy. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds for Shipping Delays – Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, many manufacturers are experience delays in lead times and are having difficulties projecting accurate delivery time frames. MGI will consider refunds in special cases where the lead times are extended, but this is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, with the current supply shortages industry wide, everyone has to get in line, and when a customer cancels an order it means that another potential MGI customer also lost their place in line. These compounded losses have been an unexpected result of supply shortages, so we ask all of our customers experiencing shipping delays to please be patient and continue following up with us.
