Returns – Please contact us as soon as you would like to return your item. You will have 15 calendar days from the day you received the item to return the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need to include the order receipt.
Return Shipping – You will be responsible for the full return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds – Once your return has been received, it will be inspected. We will then notify you that we have received the return and advise the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card or method of payment made with the original order and provide a receipt/email confirmation. The amount of time it will take for you to receive the credit on your account will depend on your credit card issuer’s policy. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
